Job Duties:
1. Provide administrative and clerical supports to the Sales team, including managing client communications, and maintaining accurate sales quotations;
2. Responsible for order follow up,order input and arrange samples to customers;
3. Handling customers' order to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
4. Assist to conduct market research and analysis for business opportunities;
5. Responsible for outdoor promotional setup and organizing product shelves when required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year work experience in sales administration role, preferably in FMCG industry;
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese word processing;
4. Enthusiastic and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
