- Manage supply plan to ensure suppliers' production capacity to fulfill customers' requirements by monthly Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) and weekly Supplier Shipment Plan (SSP)
- Collaborate closely with business unit to monitor the gap between demand and supply plan, recommend action plan in case of issues
- Monitor suppliers' production plan to achieve on-time-delivery. Identify potential risk of delay and facilitate recovery plan
- Build anticipation plan for seasonal demand and factory closure (i.e. CNY, Golden Week, Factory Relocation, etc.)
- Participate in Product Life cycle Management including project group for new product launch and minimize excess material cost at end-of-life process
- Conduct regular supplier's performance reviews and root cause analysis to achieve target service level
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Who we are looking for:
- Degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management or Business-related disciplines
- 3 years' relevant working experience in supply / demand planning
- Solid knowledge of supply chain business models, planning and forecasting
- Experience in demand planning is an advantage
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
- Proficiency in the application of MS Office, hands-on experience in SAP/APO is preferred
