Administrative Assistant & Receptionist
職責 / Job Duties
- 提供接待工作及一般行政支持。/ Provide reception duties and general administrative support.
- 接聽來電及處理一般查詢。/ Handle incoming calls and general inquiries.
- 接收、分類及分發進出郵件及快遞服務。/ Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- 執行分配的臨時任務。/ Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
職位要求 / Job Requirements
- HKCEE / DSE 畢業或以上學歷,具備至少 2 年工作經驗。/ HKCEE / DSE graduate or above with at least 2 years of working experience.
- 具備自我激勵、主動性、良好的組織能力,強烈的責任感及團隊合作精神。/ Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- 良好的粵語口語能力,英語和普通話口語能力一般。/ Good command of spoken Cantonese, fair proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin.
- 熟練使用 MS Word、Excel 和中文處理軟件。/ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
