Responsibilities:
- Responsible on technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting to end users
- Perform hardware and software installation and configuration
- Provide network and server support
- Will be assigned to the client's company
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
- 1+ years of experience in a Technical Support role, preferably in the banking industry
- Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
Working Location:
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. &
- Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (每1-2個月1次)
