Qipology is a Hong Kong fashion brand specializing in modern qipaos for girls who dare to be individual. Whilst still preserving the exquisite craftsmanship required to make a traditional qipao, we design with a creative vision to reinvent beautiful qipaos that are contemporary, elegant, and stylish.
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team. This is a fun and exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about fashion, eager to learn what it takes to work in a fashion start-up, and looking to grow their career within a dynamic brand. The candidate will be responsible for assisting our expansion locally and globally.
Job Responsibilities
• Strategize, formulate and implement 360-degree marketing programs to grow awareness and boost sales online and offline.
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu)
• Assist in offline brand activations, including pop-ups/ events
• Manage website and online distribution platforms
• Support retail sales operations & marketing activities to generate sales leads
• Conduct market research to gain access to up-to-date consumer trends and bring in new ideas to enhance sales
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communications, advertising or related disciplines
• Must have 2 – 3 years of working experience
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Adobe (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Must be a creative, dedicated, and responsible team player who can work effectively within a team and independently.
