Customer Service/Sales admin Officer (up to $25k, MNC firm, Mon to Fri)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and coordinating incoming customer enquiries
  • Prepare price quotations and custom documents for customers
  • Prepare sales invoices and purchase orders for the clients and vendors
  • Handling of supply discrepancies with vendors, suppliers and customers
  • Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation


Requirements:

  • High diploma or above in business or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above working experience in sales admin, customer service
  • Good computer skills, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00)

Working location Tsuen Wan area
