Responsibilities:
- Handling and coordinating incoming customer enquiries
- Prepare price quotations and custom documents for customers
- Prepare sales invoices and purchase orders for the clients and vendors
- Handling of supply discrepancies with vendors, suppliers and customers
- Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation
Requirements:
- High diploma or above in business or related disciplines
- 3 years or above working experience in sales admin, customer service
- Good computer skills, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00)
