Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails and follow-up with customers
- Build long-term relationship with healthcare services providers and customers
- Initiate and maintain communication for internal and external distribution
- Provide accurate administrative assessments and records
- Complete customer requests via non-call channels such as email and fax in a timely manner
- Support corporate clients on health plan operation, inquiry and other related issues
- No Telesales is required
Skills
- 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience, medical-related or insurance is a plus
- Good telephone and customer services manner, flexible and independent
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered a senior position
