Responsibilities:
· Assist to plan and implement CRM program development - loyalty programs, member-get-member programs, life-cycle programs and customer events, etc.
· Develop CRM communications and contents across channels - member app, mobile message, email and newsletter, etc.
· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM programs, also provide recommendations to improve performance.
· Source and liaise with vendors and partners for gift production and joint promotion.
· Collaborate with different teams to develop and execute CRM campaigns.
· Provide training and guidelines to ensure the frontline staff follow through CRM policies, operational workflow, app usage, bonus points and gift redemption procedures.
· Coordinate feedback from frontline and follow up on enquiries and issues related to CRM campaigns and loyalty program
· Support to analyse customer profile and latest trends for actions
· Assist other CRM related initiatives and project management
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
· 1 year' relevant experience in beauty / healthcare / retails industry
· Experience in using WeM beauty management system and whatsApp API would be definitely an advantage
· Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
· Strong numerical sense, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must
· Proactive, curious, and strong sense of ownership
· Detail minded and independent with strong organisational and multitasking skill
· A dedicated team player with a creative and results oriented mindset
