Job Responsibilities :
- Handle counter duties, facilities bookings, administrative support, and course applications;
- Perform regular checking for the venues and facilities ensuring them in a clean and good condition;
- Leading a team to provide the members with quality services and complying with the operation standards;
- Handle members' complaints and emergency cases;
- Develop the promotion and business plan;
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required;
Requirements :
- Higher Diploma with Sports Management, Leisure and Recreation Studies or Business disciplines;
- 3-5 years' working experience is preferred;
- Good Team Player, member-oriented with strong interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Hands-on experience in MS Office;
- Creative, Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and able to work independently;
- Willing to perform shift duty including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays.
