Our client is a global Leading Manufacturer of Submersible Pumps for Dewatering, Wastewater & Water Treatment Equipment
YOUR ROLE:
• Generating sales leads, following up after initial contact, product selections, quotation, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Arrange regular customer visit and site visit with technician to assist customer.
• Providing technical presentations or trainings to customers.
• Providing post-sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting, onsite checking and customer training, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service.
• Liaising with factory and feedback the technical and sales information to sales team.
• Provide general support to sales team
• Ad hoc assignment
WHO:
• BS bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Over 3 years working experience in pump industry IS A MUST
• Technical knowledge of products and P&D system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Willing to learn, open-minded, flexible, responsible and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Holder of driving license but not a must
• Knowledge in CRM is preferable
