Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Hotline Operation including answer enquiries and complaint handling
- Update Customer Records in the system including create service order and notes
- Pitch ideas for improving Customer Care
- Follow up with other sections for smooth operation
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions and complaints
- Administrative support and assist in ad hoc project
Requirements:
- F.5 or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of solid Customer Service Hotline experience including complaint handling (electronic industry is preferred)
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese typing 30wpm (Chongjie/Quick)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful and positive
- Agility & growth mindset
- High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferred
