The Administrative Assistant will provide essential all-rounded office support to the business, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective services across various administrative and ad-hoc responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to all team members, including but not limited to managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- This may occasionally require travelling between the primary work location and other sites.
- Oversee and facilitate various administrative workflows and processes.
- Perform routine and general administrative duties as directed by the procurement and administration team of HSITPL, based on instructions provided either verbally or in writing during the service period.
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain clear communication and seamless coordination across teams.
- Assist with and manage additional ad-hoc tasks, projects, or assignments as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years' administrative work experience
- Work independently, well organised and disciplined
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
