職責 Responsibilities:
1. 提供行政支持,包括處理索償表格和數據輸入;
Provide administrative support including processing claim forms and data entry;
2. 協助準備培訓材料及協調員工培訓的後勤支援;
Provide assistance in the preparation of training materials and the coordination of logistical support for staff training;
3. 以禮貌和專業的態度處理電話查詢;
Handle phone enquiries in a courteous and professional manner;
4. 根據需要執行手動工作;
Perform manual tasks as required;
5. 執行任何其他指派的工作。
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
要求 Requirements:
1. 完成中學教育或以上,並在香港中學文憑考試(HKDSE)中取得中、英語科目第二級或以上;
Attained secondary education or higher, achieving Level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language subjects in the HKDSE.
2. 精通中英文打字;
Proficient in both Chinese and English typing.
3. 熟練使用MS Word、Excel及其他常用辦公應用程式;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other standard office applications.
4. 具備人際交往能力,熱衷於支持他人。
A people-oriented individual with strong passion for supporting others.
