Job responsibilities 岗位职责:
Monitor and intervene during autonomous vehicle operations to ensure safety and minimize risks.监控自动驾驶车辆运行并及时介入，确保安全并降低风险
Provide on-road support, emergency response, and traffic guidance for test/project vehicles.为测试/专案车辆提供道路支援、紧急应变及交通引导
Conduct pre-drive checks, functional tests, and maintenance for autonomous fleets.执行自动驾驶车队的出发前检查、功能测试及维护保养
Operate chase vehicles to protect autonomous test vehicles and coordinate safety measures.驾驶护航车辆保护自动驾驶测试车，协调安全措施
Maintain vehicle readiness (cleanliness, inspections, supplies).保持车辆整备状态（清洁、检查、补给）
Handle incident documentation, scene management, and passenger communications.处理事故记录、现场管理及乘客沟通
Report operational issues to improve system performance.回报营运问题以提升系统性能
Complete assigned tasks including receptions, training, and special projects.完成接待、培训及专案任务等指派工作
Job requirements 任职资格:
Completed a diploma or higher qualification.需具备大专或以上学历；
No record of driving under the influence, drug use, or similar offenses;无酒后或醉酒驾驶、吸毒等不良记录；
Must possess a valid driver's license (Class 1) with at least 3 years of driving experience and no major traffic accidents;必须持有有效驾驶执照(Class 1)并具备至少三年的实际香港驾驶经验，且无重大交通事故纪录。
Should have a basic understanding of vehicles, the ability to identify faults and operate computers and Office software (Word, Excel);对车辆有一定了解，能判断车辆故障，能简单操作电脑及Office办公软件(Word、Excel)
Strong comprehension and verbal organization skills; ability to identify issues independently and provide timely feedback;具备一定理解与语言组织能力，能在出现问题时主动判断原因并及时反馈；
Excellent learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good team collaboration skills, and effective communication and comprehension abilities.具备优秀的学习能力，责任心强，团队协作能力佳，拥有良好的沟通与理解能力。
Mandatory fluency in Cantonese & Mandarin Chinese必须流利掌握粤语&标准中文（普通话）
