Responsibilities
· Providing comprehensive administrative support to the People Department.
· Monitor and maintain records of electronic devices, including work phones, push-to-talk units, and TMR systems, ensuring smooth daily operations in coordination with the Line department.
· Provide frontline support to end-users and liaise with IT to resolve hardware issues promptly and effectively.
· Collaborate closely with the Operations team and service providers to carry out device maintenance and ensure service continuity.
· Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records for all devices.
· Deliver training sessions to staff on IT best practices and the adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
· Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of one year of relevant office experience.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
· Proficiency in computer applications; strong IT knowledge is an advantage.
