The Job
The Part-time Customer Relations Ambassador is responsible for supporting Ownership Management team in providing attentive and customized services to Owners when attending Club's racing events. The individual is an integral part of the team in providing courteous customer services to Owners, handling Owners’ enquires and complaints during raceday duties, as well as managing Owners’ kids on Owners Fun Day. The ultimate aim is to provide customer-centric services to Owners, aiming at enhancing the overall Owners experience at the racecourse.
You will:
• Responsible for supporting the execution and on-site management of Owners programmes and events
• Provide operational support to Owners Experience Management Team when hosting Owners events.
• Perform raceday duties including the supervision and control of group gathering at Parade Ring and Winner's Enclosure.
• Provide courteous customer services to Owners and handle Owners’ complaints and enquires in a professional manner.
• Provide immediate ad-hoc assistance to OEM team on at the racecourse or event venues.
About You
You should have:
• Completed HKCEE/ DSE or above
• Fluent in Cantonese and spoken English is a must. Good command of Putonghua is an advantage
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Working experience in customer service is a must
• Presentable, mature, independent and enjoy interacting with people from different background
• Available to be on duty for at least two Sha Tin race meetings and one Happy Valley race meeting each month, with normal shift hour as below:
Terms of Employment
Pay-rate:
HK$101.5 per hour
Shift Hour:
4:30 pm - 11:15 pm (on Wed, Night Race) and
9:00 am - 6:30 pm (on Sat / Sun / Public Holidays, Day Race)
*Shift hour is subject to the Racing Fixture and gate opening time.
