Job Description:
Technical support\maintenance\installation on hardware and software, related deskside and all other Computer device.(field work required)
To handle and troubleshoot customers’ technical enquires by phone.
Carrying out other duties upon the reasonable request.

負責處理和解決客戶電腦軟硬件,打印機, 及其他電腦設備之技術問題 (維修,維護及安裝,需外勤)
電話支援,解答客戶技術問題。
執行其他合理職責，並及時向主管/經理報告。
5 day working, 9-6, 14K-18K.
