Roles & Responsibilities:
-Provide Repair Service Support for Corporate customers
-Operate Authorized Samsung Repair Service efficiently
-Support special projects with technical expertise
-Offer data transfer services for both iOS and Android devices
-Organize and conduct informative webinar sessions
-Perform quality checks and inspections post-repair
-Assist in inventory management and warehouse stock control
-Share technical information with colleagues and clients
-Handle repair logistics between various teams and vendors effectively
Academic Requirements & Working Experience:
-Diploma holder is preferred, or HKCEE or DSE graduates
-Minimum of 3 years of working experience in mobile handset repairing
