Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing & reporting
- Data entry, documentation and general office duties
- Handle telephone calls and general customer enquiries
- Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- F.5/DSE or above
- At least 1-2 years working experience
- Fast and high accuracy in English and Chinese typing
- Knowledge in MS Excel & Chinese word processing
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independent, self-motivated, responsible and hard working
