Customer Service Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Sales order processing & reporting
  • Data entry, documentation and general office duties
  • Handle telephone calls and general customer enquiries
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned
  •  

Requirements:

  • F.5/DSE or above
  • At least 1-2 years working experience
  • Fast and high accuracy in English and Chinese typing
  • Knowledge in MS Excel & Chinese word processing
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work independent, self-motivated, responsible and hard working
