We are growing our Hong Kong business and as a result need super talent, based in Hong Kong, to be a part our growing team. LUSH is an international retailer of fresh handmade cosmetics that is known worldwide for changing the face, body and soul of the cosmetics industry. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience
- Respond to queries via incoming calls, email, social media and instant messaging on all digital platforms (including LUSH official website, Tmall Global Store and any potential new platforms)
- Offer professional consultations on products and recommend the best options to customers according to their needs
- Have a customer-first mindset and handle complaints efficiently
- Collect customer feedback and share insightful ideas with the team from time to time
- Work cross-functionally with other e-commerce departments
- Actively manage and update all customer service-related documents for internal tracking
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following attributes
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient computer skills, must be a fast Chinese typist
- Willing to work at nights, weekends, and on public holidays
Working Hours:
- Flexible and depends on your availability (9 hours per shift; Shift hours will be assigned between 9 am to 9 pm)
- Staff are required to work 3 days per week
- Immediate available is an advantage
