Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a team to conduct accurate inventory checks of banking assets and equipment.
- Develop and implement inventory check schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal audit standards during inventory processes.
- Train and supervise team members on inventory procedures and safety protocols.
- Verify and document inventory data, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Liaise with department heads to coordinate access to restricted areas and equipment.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory findings to management.
- Maintain accurate records using inventory management software.
- Address and escalate issues related to inventory shortages or surpluses.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in business, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management or team coordination, preferably in banking.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
