Team Lead/Coordinator for Inventory Check (4-Month Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a team to conduct accurate inventory checks of banking assets and equipment.
  • Develop and implement inventory check schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal audit standards during inventory processes.
  • Train and supervise team members on inventory procedures and safety protocols.
  • Verify and document inventory data, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Liaise with department heads to coordinate access to restricted areas and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory findings to management.
  • Maintain accurate records using inventory management software.
  • Address and escalate issues related to inventory shortages or surpluses.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in business, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management or team coordination, preferably in banking.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
