Our client, a prestige private lounge, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Lounge Server to join their club.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area
• Work in a fast-paced environment and provide efficient service to customers
• Assist with management of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Assist with overall management of lounge operations
Requirements:
• 1 year experience in hotel / café
• Energetic & guest-oriented personality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work in dynamic lounge environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
