Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Contact for customers seeking technical assistance over phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Provide guidelines or problem-solving process to customers
- Perform regular tasks for system operation
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Identify and suggest possible improvement on procedure
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- HD or University students
- Strong in communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Responsible, independent, and able to as a team
- Willing to learn, attention to details and self-motivated are essential
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
