Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk, face to face and remote support to users
- Prepare and submit field service documentation or stock inventory related reports
- Prompt response to users
- Ensure quality of work to the customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Engineering/ Computer Studies or any related discipline
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in computers and networks supporting
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Employment Terms:
- Mon to Fri: 8AM - 5PM / 9AM - 6PM / 11AM - 8PM
- 5 working days per week
- 8 working hours per day
- Will be deployed at the client's office (Location: Admiralty)
