Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-site troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of Video Conferencing System and Audio Visual System
- Provide service support and maintenance to end users
- Ensure timely case closure
- Maintain and update service report
- Respond to technical enquiries and resolve technical problems
- Liaise with distributors / Vendors on technical information
- Provide AV product support to customer
- Responsible for product maintenance
- Ensure work quality fulfill customer need
- Report service status to Customer Relationship officer
Requirement:
- VTC Graduate / F.5 or above, with at least 2 years’ experience in computer field services
- Min Diploma in Computer, Communication, Electronic Engineering or any other relevant field of studies
- Provide It Tier-1 support services for client
- Able to provide good customer service & good communication skill
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows and networking
- Hardworking, Mature, Willing to Learn with good team-work spirit
- Less-experienced or Fresh Graduates will be considered
