Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized part-time Operations Clerk to provide essential support to our fuel card business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy.
What You Will Deliver
- Manage the fuel card operational lifecycle, including processing applications, receiving and managing distribution
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Respond to internal and external requests for information
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related administrative work
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and concepts is preferred but not required
Working Location & Working Hours
- Kwun Tong (8 minutes walk from Kwun Tong Station)
- 2-5 days in between Monday and Saturday
- 4-8 hours in between 9 am and 6 pm
