Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting duties, including but not limited to account payable functions, preparing & updating monthly breakdown & schedule for the company & other affiliate companies etc.
- Handle intercompany cross charge such as issuing invoice for management fee recharge
- Maintain accurate accounting data in SAP system
- Support month-end & year-end closing activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and keep records for coming new BPM system
- Handle ad-hoc duties and assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline(s).
- Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and standards
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as SAP, is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office such as Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese and English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- 4-5 work hours per day (on-site work required)
