Credit Control Supervisor
Duties:
- Lead a team of Credit Control Officers in following up overdue accounts.
- Perform daily credit control operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of accounts.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to resolve payment issues and foster strong relationships.
- Work closely with others in Credit Control department to resolve difficult accounts.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Credit control experience not required
- 5+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Extensive customer service experience, with a strong ability to handle internal/external client interactions professionally
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS applications, including MS Word and Excel
- Must be diligent, responsible, proactive, and have a positive working attitude
