Administrative Assistant (6 months Contract)

Your role:

  • Prepare daily administration log sheets and reports to ensure accurate tracking of operations
  • Participate in addressing various operational issues within service centers to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Oversee and schedule essential clerical tasks, ensuring timely submission of all required documentation
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager to support team objectives and operational needs

To succeed in this role:

  • Diploma holder or equivalent, with minimum 1 year’ s experience in administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
