Your role:
- Prepare daily administration log sheets and reports to ensure accurate tracking of operations
- Participate in addressing various operational issues within service centers to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Oversee and schedule essential clerical tasks, ensuring timely submission of all required documentation
- Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager to support team objectives and operational needs
To succeed in this role:
- Diploma holder or equivalent, with minimum 1 year’ s experience in administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
