We're helping our FI client to look for an Admin. Coordinator to join the Facilities Support team with details as below,
Job Duties
- Check and report identified defects in office environment, decoration, furniture and equipment for rectification
- Seek quotations and prepare procurement applications
- Assist in invoice checking and payment arrangement
- Provide support in various administrative duties, including filing, updating records, consolidating information and compiling returns
- Assist in the coordination and logistic support in office accommodation / fitting-out / renovation / maintenance works
- Assist in warehouse operation if required, such as arranging the delivery of office furniture from/to the office premises
- Supervise the contractors’ performance
- Arrange regular disposal of waste papers/obsolete items
- Perform the task of staff card photo-taking
- Provide back-up support for team members
- Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements
- Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
- At least one year’s relevant experience
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and email system
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
