Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Process daily sales activities, including quotes, sales orders, invoices, and receipts, and follow up as needed.
• Provide support to the sales team by arranging meetings and assisting with various sales activities.
• Perform data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:30am-05:30pm
Saturday: 08:30am-01:30pm
(5 days with alternate Saturday off)
Requirements:
• F. 5 or above.
• Previous experience in clerical role is preferred.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Chinese and English Typewriting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
