Job Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., photocopying, filing, data entry).
• Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with on-site events.
Job Requirement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in office administration and receptionist duties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of spoken English and Putonghua.
