Captain / Assistant Captain (French Cafe)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the café
- Provide superior service to the guests
- Act as the communicator between kitchen, management, and dining & retail team
- Introduce menu items, French pastry, chocolates, macarons and beverages to customers
Working Location:
- Admiralty (Pacific Place)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience from high-end cafés or cake shops or luxury hotels
- Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality and good communications skills
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
(Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Captain)
