KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work Allocation: 70% in Accounts Receivables + 30% in Accounts Payable
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable
- Communicate with clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
- Handle Accounts Payable function including processing payments, invoice booking, staff expenses reimbursement, and inter-company reconciliations
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Min. 3 years of accounting experience in multinational companies preferred
- Asia Pacific regional accounting process exposure is an advantage
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferable
