HAESL - Engineering Associate ( Component Repair Department)
Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing engineering activities in aero engine component repair production
- Familiar with regulatories from authorities, apply and adapt changes to working area
- Assist supervisors and engineers to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Induction Training on basic skills and knowledge for an aviation MRO (Maintenance and Repair Organisation) will be provided
Requirements:
- Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering discipline or related field
- Good knowledge of high bypass gas turbine engines
- Sound knowledge of material and component repair processes (e.g. Welding, Machining, Painting, Peening, Heat Treatment, Chemical Processes, etc)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excel in interpersonal, analytical, engineering and project management skills
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills
