Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality standards, lead times, and favorable payment and shipment terms.
  • Order & Inventory Control: Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, and stock allocation. Coordinate international and PRC shipments, including land, ocean, and air freight.
  • Delivery & Project Coordination: Track order status and ensure timely delivery to meet project schedules. Collaborate with internal teams for new product launches and ongoing operations.
  • Wholesale & Retail Support: Follow up on wholesale orders with clients and provide administrative support to retail shops in Hong Kong.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw and packaging materials to manage procurement risks and secure optimal terms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review supplier performance to ensure compliance with food safety standards, product quality, and supply stability.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare procurement reports, analyze sales and stock performance, and share actionable insights with relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in business streams (Business Management, Purchasing Management , Marketing would be an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in FMCG brand management, product development, sales and merchandising or relevant experience in retail ( experience in bakery/kitchenware field would be an advantage)
  • Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environment
  • Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing;
  • Knowledge in v-look up, pivot-table is a must.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English


We offer: 16k or above, 5 Days work, medical scheme, attendance bonus, 10 days annual leave, Bank Holiday. 

Working hours: 10AM to 7 PM

Job Types: Full-time, 2 Years Contract
