Responsibilities :
- Assist Lodge Manager to supervise the Front Desk Team, oversee and ensure daily smooth operation
- Provide supervision and training to team members
- Work closely with Catering, Sales and Marketing department and sister service units to ensure maximizing sales and provide good customer service.
- Handle guest complaints, emergency cases in a professional manner
- Assist Lodge Manager with setting objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures, etc.
Requirements :
- Holder of certificate in hospitality studies and hotel management training or working experience will be advantage but not essential
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in hotel industry
- Good command of written and spoken English , Cantonese and Putonghua
- Familiar with hotel PMS and online travel portals
- Proficient in office software applications, including Words and Excel
- Energetic, independent, patient, good communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart to serve
