What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role
- Performing reception duties such as: welcoming guests and customers, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for our offices.
- Handling incoming calls, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Managing postal and courier arrangements.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, such as overseeing office supplies, coordinating name card printing, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Assisting with repair and maintenance arrangements, liaising with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborating closely with our cleaning vendor to maintain office hygiene and assist in event setup.
- Assisting in the preparation and support of company activities.
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What is required and what we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A mature and self-motivated attitude, coupled with a cheerful disposition and a high sense of responsibility.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should also be comfortable with word processing in both Chinese and English.
