Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience with a law firm or a multinational insurance or financial organization of international standing
At least 2 years post qualification experience in commercial matters with experience in corporate finance, initial public of offerings, M&A
- Sound knowledge of Laws of Hong Kong (LLB, JD or equivalent)
Experience in patent and trademark handling is highly preferable
2 yrs experience in both practice of litigation and conveyancing.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ solid experience in property and conveyancing matters, preferably in project conveyancing.
Minimum of 5 years' litigation experience in a law firm
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in compliance with 2-3 years in insurance or audit related industry
2 – 3 years compliance experience in insurance or audit related industry
Solicitor qualified in HKSAR with at least 5 years' post qualification experience gained in sizeable law firms
Experience in personal injuries, civil litigation, probate and conveyancing is preferred
Minimum 5 years solid working experience in handling probate matters
