Operation Officer

Responsibilities: 

  • To liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations flow
  • To assist the Operation Team to provide full aspect of operational and administrative support(such as all POS, sales report and memo)
  • To analyze sales performance, product sales performance, sales staff performance, promotion activities and KPI for business use
  • To provide general administrative support to frontline and coordinate with external and internal parties
  • To handle most writing tasks related to the operating instructions
  • To handle ad hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Management, Business or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years retail operation support experience
  • Strong numerical sense, analytical, highly proactive, supportive and self-motivated, work under pressure
  • Attention to details with high standard of accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the tight schedules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
