Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality reception service to both internal and external parties
  • Handle guests and customers in a professional manner so as to maintain good corporate image
  • Handle telephone calls with good customer service
  • Refer enquiries to related departments efficiently and effectively
  • Provide administrative and clerical support when needed

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above
  • Minimum 3 years' related working experience
  • Presentable, independent, mature and customer-oriented
  • Excellent language ability
  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
