Duties & Responsibilities:
• As a lead of network engineers in both technical support and engineering functions
• Sound technical knowledge in all round network area including routing, switching, load balancing, firewall, proxy, IDS, IPS, TAP and other relevant technologies;
• Ensure the network infrastructure are operating in a stable and effective manner that meet the customer’s Service Level Agreement (SLA);
• Able to lead and define network engineering standards in order to fulfill latest customer requirements and technology roadmap;
• Manage vendors to ensure good quality of service and support are provided to customers;
• Experienced in change management process;
• Experienced in incident and problem management process including problem isolation, service resumption, diagnosis, root-cause analysis & reporting;
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and other internal support teams and subordinates;
• Be a people manager.
Requirements:
• Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 10+ years working experience and technical background in large-scale multiple vendor operations environment and have a strong operational background in data center LAN and WAN areas;
• Strong business acumen;
• Proficiency in both English & Chinese;
• Excellent communication skills & customer-oriented;
High level interpersonal and leadership skills.
