- Respond to telephone/email inquiries for technical support, provide troubleshooting and resolution.
- Hands-on all-rounded support role across Desktop & Infrastructure, covering PC/Laptop/Phone/Printer hardware, Desktop & Business Applications, VC & multimedia equipment, as well as Server, Network and Azure Cloud support and administration etc.
- Perform upgrades and deployments of software and hardware
- Provide ad hoc after hours standby for supporting
- Provide support for system upgrade and migration
- Experience on Win10
- 1-5 year’s experience in PC Desktop support (eg. PC Hardware, Operating System, Application Software, Printers, Multi-functional Devices etc) ideally in a banking environment
- Excellent written and spoken English. Fluent in Cantonese
- Working knowledge in configuration and support of Windows 10
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products eg. Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office etc. Knowledge of other popular Market Data products eg. Bloomberg, Reuters, Factset etc would be advantageous
