IT Trainer / IT Associate (Change Management)


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and modify Change Management processes to meet business objectives.
  • Identify, create, and advise on change sustainment plans and elements that can reinforce lasting change adoption
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and work to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Identify and design measures to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes
  • Foster a sense of accountability and cohesion across IT project teams with respect to effective and successful change management practices and planning
  • Offer the IT training in practical work scenarios based with relevant demonstration, skill transfer/development for business users to adopt the use of IT services and solutions effectively
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts in a way that business users can easily understand
  • Develop strategic learning plan (IT services/solutions knowledges and operation skills) with execution and delivery for business users in terms of resources, schedule and channels mapping for coming future with relevant materials delivery such as hand-outs, user tips, guides and exercises in formats of document and relevant medias (e.g. video…etc.)
  • Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and share findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
  • Provide regular analytical reports about IT training for business users with records, progress and IT services adoption figures and trends. By leveraging these analytical reports to formulate an appropriate strategy to deliver change programs
  • Drives overall users satisfaction through the training and communication of deliverables
  • Communicate and work with relevant IT teams to get familiar with the IT services and solutions
  • Develop appropriate change management materials for each initiative (development varies from self-developed, external, produced by other project team members)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information System or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, with exceptional skills in IT services and solution training, presentation, communication
  • Experience in Microsoft Office software such as Office365 application suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Yammer, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Windows 10, Apple iOS, Mac OS, Android and VOIP phones, etc. will be highly regarded;
  • Self-initiative, experienced and strong in communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong in training, sharing and listening skills with patient, empathy;
  • Understand the Change Management about IT services and solutions for business users, strong in facilitate and motivate business users throughout the transition journey;
  • Neat and tidy outlook;
  • Good in deliver and articulate IT technical concepts/features in layman terms for effective communication;
  • Positive thinking, good working and learning attitude, work independently and acceptance of responsibilities;
  • Good presentation, documentation and report writing skills in English and Chinese;
  • Good spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Willing to travel and accept short-term overseas assignments as and when required
