'1) Support O365 Services Enablement
2) Perform end-user mailbox migration from on-premise to O365 Exchange online
3) Perform End-user Profile and Application & Device Security Policy Enablement
4) Provide 2nd tier problem troubleshooting and support
1) Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines
2) Minimum 3 years of working experience in user support
3) Have support experience O365 (email, sharepoint, Skype etc).
4) Knowledge with AD and ADFS is preferred
