Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:-

  • Provide full range support to both Hong Kong & Macau retail stores on day-to-day operations including operations workflow, manpower arrangement and inventory management
  • Work closely with the retail team to maximize sales target by managing daily operation and all services areas   
  • Assist in driving business operations efficiency from different business communications
  • Generate sales reports and analyse the business performance
  • Provide full range of administrative support to the Retail Department
  • Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Service Operations or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail operations support will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proactive, able to work independently and strong interpersonal communication skill
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Contract period: 1 April to 31 July 2019
  • Part-time application will also be considered
