- Responsible for Day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and training, payroll, MPF, taxation, employment contract preparation, personal file maintenance, leave recording, employee relations activities etc.
負責人力資源部日常工作,包括:招聘及培訓、薪酬計算、強積金及稅務管理、製作員工証件、僱傭合約、管理所有僱員個人資料文件、請假記錄、員工活動等
- Assist in statistical analysis and management reports regularly
協助製作各類人力資源數據分析報告
- Conduct and implement the Company Employee Handbook
統籌及推行公司員工守則
- Support ad hoc projects as necessary
處理部門主管委派的工作
Requirements入職要求︰
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
持有人力資源管理學高級文憑或學位資格或相關資歷
- 1 years or above experience in Human Resources, with experience of HR generalist role
一年或以上人力資源工作經驗
- Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations
熟悉香港僱傭條例及相關法例
- Mature, self-motivated, independent and with strong analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
成熟、主動、具獨立處事能力,強適應力及分析力、細心
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
良好人際關係及溝通技巧
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
良好中、英文書寫及溝通能力
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and Chinese Word Processing
熟悉電腦操作、中文打字(倉頡/速成) 及文書處理
- Immediate available is highly preferred

Working hours: 5 days work 9:00am - 6:00pm
