- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Involve in new business development prospect, identify potential new clients and build good relationship
- Provide support for on-boarding activities including account opening, participating in client and custodian meetings
- Use variety of sources to search and specify candidates upon request.
- Contact or invite potential candidates for interview
- Interview candidates, then provide potential candidates to clients
- Find, discuss, consult for clients to recruit suitable candidates.
- Develop social network and update market.
- Degree holder (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experience in business development/client relationship management/marketing experience in asset management is a bonus
- Proactive, mature and outgoing attributes
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram) is preferred
