- Assist in customer service for ANGEL cardholders on products, orders and deliveries queries
- Addressing cardholders’ concerns and complaints
- Serve as a point of contact for cardholders
- Update and maintain an accurate database
- Provide team support on other area where needed e.g. marketing, events etc.
- Work from 10 am to 4 pm per day or 3 full days (9 am to 6 pm) a week (negotiable) starting from end of November.
- Good English and Mandarin
- A team player with high level of dedication with a customer-oriented attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, an eye for detail and work well with a team
