短期熱線中心客戶服務助理(6 -12months contract)

Job Duties:

  • Answering phone call enquiries about redemption scheme (No selling is needed)
  • Handle incoming call inquiries, complaints and ad hoc request from customers,
  • Jot note for phone call enquiries and transfer feedback, escalation within internal department

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1-2 years working experience, prefer in customer service/ call center experience is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered if candidates have good attitude
  • Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office) and Chinese typing (速成/倉頡)
  • Responsible, good attitude and willing to work under pressure
  • Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available or short notice period is MUST
  • Fluent in Cantonese, fair in Mandarin and English

Working Location:

  • San Po Kong

Working Time:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm / 10:00am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm  (Alt Sat) 
  • Contract from May 2017 to November 2017
